• We have capacity to support with pre- and post- oral tie surgery care (orofacial myology).

• We have some limited capacity for speech and language assessment and therapy.

• Please note: there are currently no after-school hour appointments available.

• As we are often in sessions, filling out this form or emailing us, is the quickest way to get in touch.

• Once we’ve received your form, we will be in touch as soon as an appointment is available.
